Figuring out the tracks
We had a great time this holiday weekend. My parents came up to visit us, since we were not able to go home. We went to see a fireworks display at the fairgrounds, grilled out, went to the park, and visited the Cinedome. While the twins took a nap and Levi studied on Sunday, Marcus, Grandma, Papa, and I went to the Cinedome to see a 45 minute movie on Sharks. It was a lot of fun, and the best part was that 35 minutes into the film the projector broke, so we got all our money back...but we had already seen most of the film, so we chalked that one up as a freebee!
Mom and Dad brought the boys a bunch of Thomas the train engines, tracks, etc., that they had bought from a girl that my Mom works with. Her son had out grown that stuff so she gave Mom a great deal on it. The boys LOVED it and played with it all weekend. We were all sad to see them leave today, but it's only 3 more weeks and they will be back to help us move... Wow, I better stop wasting time on here and start packin'!

awww- I love the cuddling pictures!
Looks like fun! I still love trains. =)
Figuring out the tracks=child plays with packaging for the several hours it takes adult to put the toy together.
Oh, those dreaded children’s toys that come with “some assembly required”, which often means “only those with the IQ of an Einstein or a PhD in Engineering can read and actually understand the instructions.” ;)
Written with memories of the experiences of “figuring out” the toys.
